Have you ever thinking about that it wolud be nice to make some cake, without baking? How much would be easier the life, if you could flick a few moves you could make a cake?
The following recipe provides a solution to this problem is unsolvable!
The sweet miracle's name was none other than the cheesecake, delicious cranberry sauce on top!
- 300 g blueberries
- 1 cup milk-
- 1 cup heavycream
- ¾ cum cheese creeme
- 400 g sugar
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 1 egg
- ½ lemon zest and juice
- 10 - 12 pieces oatmeal cookies
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 4 tbs honey
Set the sous vide machine to 64 °C (144 F). Mix the egg with 200 g sugar, and the cornstarch. Add the milk, the heavy cream and the cheese cream to the mix. Mix it well, then pour it to ZIPLock bag, and put the bag about 2 hours into the sous vie machine.
Preparation of the oatmeal bottom
Put the butter, the cookies and 50 g sugar into mixer, and shred it. The prepared dough place into baking tin, and tamp it evenly. Put it in the refrigerator.
Preparation of the blueberry sauce
Pour the washed blueberries in a small saucepan, add the remaining sugar and honey and cook for 30 minutes. Stir often, because it can burn. Allow to cool.
The finished cream cheese cool down to "hand warm" and spread the cooled cake. Spread the cooled cranberry sauce into cream cheese. Toss out a few whole cranberries and refrigerate 1 - 2 hours.
